With nearly 3 decades of retail and territory management experience, Ryan brings a unique outlook and hands-on approach to working with his customers to develop private label programs that drive sales and build both top and bottom line growth. Focusing on assortment planning, budgeting, open-to-buy, and inventory turn, Ryan sells with a retailer’s mindset.

Introduced to the outdoor business as a buyer at Sunday River Skiway in Maine, Ryan was hooked on the business and soon after hitting the road as a rep. Somewhere in the middle he rescued a failed retail store on Martha's Vineyard with his wife and developed it into a multi-store chain over two decades. His passion has always been working with retailers and buyers to maximize their potential. He brings a keen sense of merchandising and product development to aid his clients. The end goal is to build the ohana and work together to drive a healthy business. He currently travels from Maine to Maryland and can tell you the best (and worst) coffee shops in every town. As a road warrior that enjoys working with his accounts on site, Ryan is usually not far away when you need him.

He and his wife, along with their two children reside on Cape Cod, where they enjoy paddleboarding, skiing, chasing sunsets, and planning their next adventure.
